The best version of you already exists.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what's broken; it's about helping people reconnect with their most authentic, fulfilled, and attuned selves.
As your therapist, I see my role as that of a guide and partner, walking alongside and supporting you on your journey - whether you have a clear destination in mind, or simply feel it's time for a change.
The fact is, the best versions of any of us can be obscured by a variety of things, such as mental health challenges, fears, and negative self-perceptions; they can also become hidden beneath unhealthy relationships, insecurities, and unmet emotional needs. Therapy can help you identify areas where you may be out of sync with your core values and priorities.
My hope is that visiting this site is a brave step towards addressing the questions and challenges you’ve been grappling with. Together, we can accomplish a lot. I look forward to meeting the best version of you.

I always tell couples the goal of couples therapy is to work me out of my job. I want to help couples gain the insights and skills they need to navigate the challenges they face together so well that they no longer need therapy.
The therapeutic process is different for every couple due to a number of factors. It’s important to know that committing to couples therapy demonstrates courage and a desire to improve your relationship, which in itself can be a transformative and empowering experience.
What to expect:
A genuinely supportive environment
Improved communication and conflict resolution skills
Goal-setting and accountability
Greater emotional connection
Rebuilding of trust and intimacy
Explore and address relationship patterns
Strategic development for sustained connection
You’ve got this:
It requires a brave willingness to confront relationship issues, communicate openly and honestly, and work towards positive change. I feel privileged to be in the position to help guide couples on this journey.

My Therapeutic Approach
Viktor Frankl (1905–1997) was an Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor, and the founder of logotherapy, a form of existential analysis and existential therapy. His analogy (above), emphasizes the importance of uncovering one's own unique meaning in life and living authentically in accordance with that meaning.
Frankl suggests that while a painter creates a subjective representation of the world, an ophthalmologist helps us see the world as it truly is. Similarly, I aim to help individuals see their lives and experiences in a way that aligns with their true meaning and purpose, rather than imposing a subjective interpretation.
In therapy, we’ll take a comprehensive, 360 ° look at your life: where you’ve been, where you are, and where you want to go. You can expect our therapeutic alliance to be built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Although I take my role in this alliance seriously, my demeanor will be warm, friendly, and approachable.
Navigating Switchbacks: Perspective
In therapy, the process of healing and personal growth can be likened to switchbacks on a mountain trail.
Switchbacks are winding paths that zigzag up a steep slope, allowing hikers to ascend gradually and manageably. Similarly, therapy often involves navigating through different layers of thoughts, emotions, and experiences, gradually making progress towards healing and change.
Just as switchbacks allow hikers to approach the summit from different angles, therapy offers different perspectives and approaches to understanding and resolving issues. Therapists guide clients through these twists and turns, helping them gain insight, overcome obstacles, and ultimately reach their goals.
Maintaining Momentum
Maintaining momentum on a dirt bike is crucial to staying upright and navigating through obstacles. Even though you can’t always anticipate what’s up ahead, you have to keep going and trust that you’ll be able to handle whatever comes your way.
In life, maintaining momentum is essential for progress and resilience. Just as on a dirt bike, losing momentum in life can make progress and overcoming obstacles seem impossible.
As much as we may want to control an outcome or feel fully in control, the reality is that life is full of twists, turns, and unforeseen obstacles. Uncertainty can cause us to doubt ourselves and our abilities, but the only way to go is forward. Overthinking decisions, second-guessing our choices, and worrying about the future has a way of getting us stuck in the mud.
However, when we learn to trust ourselves and our capabilities, we can navigate life's challenges with greater ease and optimism. Therapy can help you build the confidence, resilience and skills you need to trust in your ability — not your ability to never stumble, but your ability to persist in the face of adversity.
